Rental Cleanouts & Move-Out Cleaning

Cleanout and haul-away pricing

Removal pricing based on volume and labor.

A cleanout removes unwanted contents. It is priced separately from detailed move-out cleaning so you only pay for what the property actually needs.

Light apartment trash-out

$275–$450

A small amount of furniture, bags, and loose belongings.

  • Usually a partial load
  • Normal ground-floor access
  • Basic sweep-out included
  • Disposal allowance defined in quote

1-bedroom cleanout

$450–$750

Moderate contents in an apartment or small unit.

  • Labor and hauling included as quoted
  • Stairs may add cost
  • Appliances priced separately
  • Cleaning can be added

2-bedroom cleanout

$650–$1,050

Typical tenant-left contents and general debris.

  • Volume confirmed by photos or visit
  • Multiple loads may increase price
  • Heavy items identified first
  • Before/after photos available

Heavy or full property

$1,500–$3,500+

Full homes, severe accumulation, or multi-day work.

  • On-site assessment required
  • Dump and disposal costs included as quoted
  • Special hazards excluded
  • Crew/equipment needs evaluated
Cleanout pricing includes only the agreed scope. Tires, paint, chemicals, biohazards, needles, propane, asbestos, ammunition, excessive animal waste, and other regulated or dangerous materials are not accepted. Mattresses, appliances, and unusually heavy items may have additional disposal charges.

Move-out cleaning after belongings are gone.

These ranges assume the unit is empty, utilities are working, and no biohazard or restoration work is required.

Empty-unit move-out clean.

  • Kitchen and bathroom detail
  • Inside empty cabinets
  • Interior appliance cleaning
  • Floors and accessible baseboards

Common questions

Can you quote from photos?

The written quote will state the included disposal allowance. Extra volume, special items, or additional loads require approval.

Do you clean after removing everything?

Yes. Empty-unit turnover cleaning is available as a separate line item or combined package.

Can you handle eviction property?

Yes, after the owner or authorized manager confirms legal possession and gives written authorization to remove the specified contents.

Do you provide before-and-after photos?

Yes. Standard completion photos are available, and more detailed condition reports can be added.
